“While preparing for some minor remodeling in our powder room bathroom, mold was discovered on our floor joists in the basement. I was told that we should get it checked out and based on a recommendation; I called Rich Roselli from Cincinnati Molds Pros.

Rich was very prompt in returning my call and scheduling an appointment to assess the property. There was visible mold on various floor joists, but, not everywhere. An air test was performed which revealed high mold counts of aspergillus penicillium in the basement. This was something of which we had little knowledge and was quite concerning to us.

Rich provide us with a scope of work and also suggested that we contact other mold remediation companies for comparison and that we did. But in the end, we contracted with Rich and Cincinnati Mold Pros. We were told that the mold could be cleaned up, but only after the contents were removed from the basement.
